If you decide to return your order, we will refund your payment less the delivery costs once return has been received in good condition

Despatch will be normally be 5 days from receipt of order and delivery is approx 5 working days after despatch

We have the right to cancel orders made under suspicious circumstances

Engraving orders must be approved by email and any mistakes after approval is at buyers cost including postage
